Mobile Phones

I remember ZyXEL from back in the day when 14.4k modems were a huge deal. They're a company that had pretty much dissappeared from my world view in recent years - I haven't even heard the name in god-knows how long.
It turns out that they didn't die out, but that they're still around, and still producing quality product, like the ZyXEL Prestige 2000W - VoIP Wi-Fi Phone.
I keep hearing more and more about VoIP - mostly in the internal PABX replacement type way, but more people are getting to use it as their day to day phone - at least some of the time.
The impact of this sort of change on the telecommunications market will be interesting to watch (in those countries where you're not traffic shaped to within an inch of your sanity, or traffic-capped to within 2 inches of your budget, at least).
