X-Plorer Controller Works on PC
Interesting post on Engadget yesterday: if you're a fan of the Guitar Hero clone Frets on Fire, you can now rock out with a bit more than a keyboard strapped to your chest: as it turns out, the X-plorer Controller that comes with the XBox 360 version of Guitar Hero II not only functions properly when plugged into a PC's USB port, but also works in Frets on Fire. It's an odd hack – I guess you'd have to find the controller separately on eBay (or just spend the money on the game) – but definitely an interesting coincidence.
