WND Duo Atom
I don't use SIM cards on my phone, personally, but I'm betting that there are those who are addicted to them, even going so far as using multiples. Fortunately, the WND DUO Atom is for you.

In fact, the WND DUO Atom will flip between two SIM cards as you flip it from top to bottom. Therefore, all you need to maintain two accounts is a simple wrist action. Not bad.

Other fun features include its touchscreen, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 1.2, and other fun things. However, we don't have a release date or price, so more on this one as it develops.
