Windows Vista (for business) launched

The official launch of Windows Vista has already be done, while it is intended to be for "business people" only, I think that "unbusiness people" will have access to the software and install it on their personal computers. This is a big time move for Microsoft that can either be hit if people enjoy the vista, or a downfall if consumers hate it.

Security is another big problem, while the OS has been hacked before (August 2006) at that time it wasn't the final version. Anyhow, it will most probably be hacked again in the following months, any bets?

One interesting point of this launch is the marketing side, big bucks being spent to get all the business market with the new Windows Vista:

Microsoft said it plans to spend "hundreds of millions" of dollars to market the Windows upgrade. The marketing budget will eclipse the $500 million Microsoft spent to market

We're going to have a quicker uptake on Vista and Office 2007 as a percentage of the installed based in business than we had on XP or Office 2003. I feel pretty good about that, does that mean we will have 60 percent of business desktops converted in 12 months? No, it doesn't mean that.
