Ford tell us that they're going to have Wifi as a factory installed option by 2006. Apparently, just so you can push your mp3s from your house into your car stereo.
There's so much more potential for it than that - how about having the car report milage, usage, pop up reminders on your computer about scheduled check-ups and oil changes and the like? What about letting your car know what's going on in your world, so it can help you do it right?
MP3s are a good start., but only a start. Let's look to the future a little bit here - what do you wish your car knew about your day?
