VoIP Via USB

If you're up on that whole voice over IP thing the kids are all talking about these days, you're probably rocking out that crazy Skype thing…but you're either stuck using a microphone and some computer speakers when you make a call, or you're contemplating the rather expensive purchase of a Skype phone. If so, a company called ClearLink has a new product that might interest you: it's a USB device that can handle both Skype and standard phone calls and includes a switch so you can tell the device what type of signal to look for. No word on price, but given the language on the site, I'm willing to bet it's cheaper than an extra phone – and more convenient, too, if you already have the hardware.
