V.I.O. Helmet Cam
It seems like it is a good week for mini cam corders this week with the introduction of the V.I.O. helmet cam. The kit comes with its own lens, recorder/converter, and it is water and Shock resistant up to one meter. Not only that, it can operate within a temperature range of -40 to 185 degrees F.

The video is recorded in DivX or MPEG4 format at 720 x 480 pixel resolution. There is enough memory (1GB) that is good enough to store up to 40 minutes worth of video. If that's not enough, it can be expanded with a 2GB SD memory card.
