Vinyl Lives Again with Ion USB Turntable

I'm certain there are millions of vinyl records out there that now only get scratched up by DJs. These LPs have no place in the age of the iPod.

But this is not so! ThinkGeek is offering the Ion USB Turntable, a way to burn your old records onto something digital. All you need to do is plug it into your PC, and the included Audacity software helps you put that vinyl into MP3 format.

Of course, I don't know how it will sound. After all, CDs replaced LPs for a reason. However, if you want to try it out, be prepared to lay down $99.
