I think we all knew the day would come when we could watch TV on our wristwatchlinks (although most would opt for the remote).

The screen is only 1.5 inches (128 x 128 pixels), but it has MP3/WMA playback as well. It even has a voice recorder, and 2GB storage capacity. Unlike a regular watch, you need to recharge it, for about 7 hours worth of play time.

I think I've seen this watch available before, and now it is available for around $100 at ThinkGeek.
