If you like your computers to be tougher that the shiny but prone to scratching metal finish of a MacBookPro you want to check out this ultra-portable. It's bulletproof.

Ultra Portable For Ghetto Superstars and Combat Vets

Yes, if you live in the kind of neighbourhood where bullets fly by more often than birds, live your life as a mercenary soldier of fortune, or just want something that likes like it belongs in a futuristic remake of the A-Team, this ultra-portable might be what you're after. Gizmodo has the details:
"Roper Mobile announced that it was buying Black Diamond Advanced Technology, creator of the SwitchBack super-rugged UMPC. The machine debuted last fall, wooing fans with its hot-swappable batteries, all-weather reflective screen and full waterproofing to three meters underwater. But until now no one could actually buy one. Though not many knew it, SwitchBack was also the brains used in Intel's Satanic Chopper. Today the computers are finally for sale"

I wonder if it bounces when you throw it from a ninth storey window?
