Looking to add a second display to your computer? You lucky duck - they're a great thing to have if you've got the desktop space. However, if you don't have a "dual head" video card (one that has multiple outputs) and don't want to spend the money getting one, you'll need to look into other options. One of them is the TRITTON See2 USB to VGA adapter, a USB 2.0 device that builds on the growing trend of off-loading display functions into the CPU by giving you the ability to add a second display by plugging a monitor into a USB port. A recent update allows you to run the second display in 1280x1024 in 32 bit color or 1600x1200 in 16 bit color. Retailing for about $80, the See2 USB to VGA is certainly a lot cheaper than a new video card...
