Tokyoflash Geomesh makes Telling Time Difficult

.Apparently, through some combination of green dots that represent the hour, yellow dots that represent five minute intervals, and red dots that are one minute intervals, you are supposed to get the time.
I can't help but wonder how long it takes to get used to this method of telling time. You can find out for about $120.
