Toast Automatica
A recent competition involving ceramics has introduced what could be the latest thing in toaster design. The toasta, also known as the toast automatica, is the design of George Watson, who should easily have a bidding war on whoever buys his multi-million dollar idea.

Considering all the technological innovations in the past few years, you can't help but wonder why no one thought of Watson's innovative way to toast bread before! As you can see, you insert the bread in on one end, and then the motorized unit takes it in. The unit can intake the bread slow or fast, depending on how light or dark you want it. However, the process is simple: bread goes in, toast comes out. No Flushing, waiting, sticking in forks, or any other toaster frustrations.

You also got to like the V-shaped inlets designed to hold you hot toast. Hopefully this will win the contest, because it's got my vote for both design and practicality!
