The Max Box: A Clever New Source of Revenue
This idea seems a bit cynical to me, but then again, I don't work for a soulless corporation: The Max Box, an in-office kiosk that features WiFi access, ATM, jukebox, flower ordering, digital picture printing, a download center for mobile phones - and sudoku, oddly enough. I guess it's a cool enough idea, but what strikes me as a bit cynical is that the Max Box bases its revenue on the employees of those companies that choose to buy it. That's right: you want that WiFi access (that your company is probably monitoring), you'll need to pay your company for it. Quite possibly out of that cash machine, which you'll be paying for, too. Devious, no?
