Sushi-Rolling Machine
Back in high school, I took four years of Japanese. One of the things I remember doing as part of that class was attempting to make sushi. Attempting being the operative word. I couldn't get the stuff into the same tight rolls the professionals did.
Now with this lovely little machine (warning: link in Japanese), all I've got to do is assemble the ingredients, turn the rollers, and I've got myself a roll. Now if I can just find this machine in the states, maybe I can make some spam rolls like I used to eat all the time for lunch in Hawaii.
