Yesterday Sony Electronics introduced the first real handheld PC that sports a full blown Windows XP Pro operating system. Called the Vaio UX the computer has a 4.5 inch SVGA screen using XBRITE technology that slides up to uncover a thumb sized keyboard. If you prefer a stylus and touchscreen can also be used for navigation of the OS. Two cameras are built into the UX with one in the back of the computer for photos and one facing the user for video conferencing. Taking the coolness factor one step further, Sony also included an integrated fingerprint reader for security. For use int eh office or home a docking station is included with 3 USB ports, Ethernet, VGA iLink FireWire and AV outputs. The CPU int he system is an Intel Core Solo Ultra Low Voltage CPU. You can check out the full spec sheet at Sony's site.
