Sony NW-E015F Walkman Stick

Some of you may be old enough to remember way back before iPods, when Sony own the Portable Media Player biz with their Walkmans that played radio and cassettes. Looks like Sony is back in the PMP game with the NW-E015F Walkman stick.
This NW-E015F Walkman Stick is about 3.2 inches long, and reminds me of a thumb drive. Maybe this is how it USB jacks into your computer. Also on the NW-E015F is an OLED screen and 2GB of storage. It supports all kinds of formats for all your audio files, and has a post-charge battery life of about 28 hours.
No word on price or availability for the Sony NW-E015F.

Still a very good small MP3 Player even now (November 2010). In my opinion no comparable small players are as good as it. The Attrac Sonicstage software is easy to use (album art can be added manually also), playlists can be added/organised, and allows more music to be squeased into the player by changing the attrac transfer settings (mine has nearly 2000 tracks)! Seeing the Album Art and titles etc on the screen is a bonus! It is the best for me (and I own 5 other walkman versions in comparison). Pity it is discontinued, but ebay may have some good s/h ones.
