Sony DR-BT160AS Active Stereo Headphones

Sony DR-BT160AS Active Stereo Headphones

Sony has come out with some very interesting stereo headphones that are completely wireless with the dr-bt160as "Active" stereo headphones.

Of course, wireless headphones are nothing new, but the unique aspect of the DR-BT160AS is a large pod on either side to house the batteries along with the Bluetooth receiver. Not only that, the DR-BT160AS is splash-proof.

It allows the user to accommodate an MP3 player or cellular phone, and there is a built in microphone for taking phone calls. As you might be able to tell by this picture, the controls fit right on the side.

We don't have a price as yet, but the DR-BT160AS should be available sometime on the Sony website sometime in October.

i have purchased two headphones and i have the same problem. The first pair i got about 2 years ago and i was delighted at my headphones, they worked very good till one day all most a year to the date that i bought them the left side speakers stop working for some unknown reason. i liked them so much that i decided to order another pair thinking that i dropped them or i did something wrong, i received my second pair and again this time in a little over a year the same problem except it was the right side this time i don’t recommend the headphones for sports sweat gets into the speakers and it shorts them out. the motorola head phones are sealed and they last longer my wife has them for 2 years and no problems and they are less expensive
