Something New to Give the RIAA the Screaming Heebie Jeebies

Back in the day (and by the day, I mean about 10 years ago), I was big into radio. Then Clear Channel bought up all of the stations in my hometown, instituted playlists and generally killed radio (for me, anyway). I never got into Internet Radio to the same extent (connection issues and portable CD players were enough to keep me away) and now I have mp3s to keep me entertained at work or on the go. However, if I was still a radiohead, I'd definitely be interested in the Instant FM Music, a USB-key-sized gadget that plugs into a USB port and plays both FM and Internet radio. The Instant FM Music comes bundled with the Snaptune One software (a piece of freeware that might be worth checking out if you listen to a lot of Internet Radio), which splits the songs up for you, identifies them and allows you to make as many recordings as your thieving heart desires. For $50, it seems like pretty good stuff.
