So Who’s the Good Samaritan?

A computer glitch at a gas station in Plainfield, Indiana caused the price of gas at two pumps to be changed to two hundredths of a cent per gallon. Who says the price of gas is high? The two pumps sold about 200 gallons of gas at this price for a total of $.40 before someone told the station managers and the problem was corrected. The question in my mind is this, who's the good samaritan the guy who tells the gas station managers or the guy who calls his friends so they can get really cheap gas?
