Looks like SMS Technology Australia has come up with the M300, a phone designed to act as a wrist watch. The M300 can sync up with any GSM network, as well as any bluetooth wireless headsets. In case you are wondering, it does have a speakerphone, so you can still do a Dick Tracy thing if you want. It is attachable to your computer via USB, and can even play MP3s.
The price is pretty high at around $300. The screen is also quite small at one inch, but what would you expect for a watch?

Looks like another gadget in SciFi movies come true. But I really doubt the usability of this watch/phone - how do you dial a number and talk?
