When I say hands free, I mean that the detector sits atop your monitor, and it tracks your head movement. The downside is that you have to wear a dot on your head (it's true!) and you won't be able to click the mouse unless you have the proper accessory.
Still, I can see the advantages for those with repeated wrist injury or something. You can get it now for about $224 to $400. I realize that's a little general of a price range, but this new tech don't come cheap.
