Shoulder-mounted Camera
We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender to our surveillance. Resistance is futile.

Sorry, couldn't help myself. You've got to admit that the shoulder-mounted camera that the man is wearing in that picture looks like a Borg bioniclinks implant.

That's right, it looks like somebody at the University of Bristol finally invented a shoulder mounted video camera, and this one is designed to track head movements and recognize hand gestures. The camera is wirelessly controlled by a host computer, and it had lots of sensors, so hopefully it will operate like a steady-cam.

Still, you got to admit, it looks like something that the Borg would wear. That, or policemen in Orwell's 1984.
