Shocking Motorola Patent Filed

Motorola has filed for a patent on a new method of alerting users when the phone is ringing via a mild electrical shock. That's right, they shock you to get you to answer the phone. I think this is a great idea, and I can see several uses for it. In these days of legislation making it illegal to talk on the phone while driving this technology could reverse that trend. How you say?

Everyone should have a cell phone that uses this shock technology. Let them talk away, but if they get in my way I should be able to trigger the jolt myself and shock the bejeebers out of them. Shouldn't take too many jolts to make them aware of their wrong doings. A bit Pavlovian I know, but I think it could work. Heck make their phones broadcast the numbers to all other cell users in close proximity, perhaps we can shock some of the cell phone toting morons into Infertility and improve the gene pool.
