Sharp PV200 Wireless PDA Coming to the US
Sharp is set to begin supplying wireless carriers in the US with their PV200 Wireless PDA. The PV200 is GSM, GPRS and EDGE capable. Interestingly, Sharp isn't pushing these PDAslinks for professional types, rather they are aiming it at younger people of the "chat" generation as a method to keep chatting no matter where they are. In addition to chat functions the PV200 has a full browser, email, camera, address book, scheduler, games, and music player. Chat services it works with are AOL, Yahoo and MSN. A full QWERTY keyboard is integrated for thumb typing.
