Shape Up Alarm Clock Requires a Morning Workout

I have covered a lot of alarm clocks in the past before, but this one is the most useful. I think we all need a little workout to get us going in the morning, but the Shape Up alarm clock requires it.

This alarm, designed by Yuk Wang, has an LCD on it which allows a user to set the time and alarm. Once the Shape Up alarm goes off, the only way to shut it off is to do 30 reps. To be honest, I think that would be pretty annoying to have a blaring alarm while you're trying to exercise at the crack of dawn.

Details of this product are pretty sketchy. I have no idea if this is anything but a concept at this point. There is no word on price or availability.
