Senseo Base HD7810 Coffee Maker

Senseo Base HD7810 Coffee Maker

This next product is for those who live alone, and don't drink too much coffee. I am sure that there is an audience for that, and they would enjoy the Senseo Base HD7810 coffee maker for one.

The Base is simply to use as it makes a single 4 or 8 ounce cup at the touch of a button. Instead of combining filters and grounds, the user has to buy "pods" which are pre-packaged filter/ground combos. A user should use two if he or she wants his or her coffee stronger.

The Senseo Base HD7810 Coffee Maker is available at the Senseo site for $69.99 in colors of red, white, and black.

My question with these things has always been: what do the pods cost, and is the coffee any good?

At least the commercial grade variants of the Senseo (not exactly that, but same idea) do make half-way decent coffee.

We also use the “Senseo” – but I like the Saeco Royal.
