Recently I talked about the MP3 Player from sandisk, the Sansa e260 that could hold 6GB, this was the maximum capacity at that time.
A few days ago a photo popped up at AnythingButiPod forums with a new version of the Sansa e series, the new model e280 has 8GB and also has an extra space for a 1GB microSD card, making the total capacity equal to 9GB.
This is not an official release and we don't know if it is true, the photo was leaked by an insider at SanDisk. Sooner or later the flash memory of these players would have to increase, expect the same thing on iPods and all the other players.
