Displays

These frames have a technology called UbiSync PC that allow a user to plug his or her PC to the frame via USB for a resolution of 800x600 or 1024x600. I'm not certain why you would use a digital picture frame as a monitor, but I wonder if it could be hooked up as a secondary monitor.
You should be able purchase a 10 inch version of this display for about $204, and an 8 inch version for about $142.
