Safe Bedside Table

, I mean how technical is table that that transformers into a club and bat. As you can see, it is designed for those who feel that a security systems is not enough when it comes to defending their own bedside. At least, that is what designer James McAdam believes. To be honest, I'm not certain whether the time it would take to "transform" this into a club would be long enough before my assailant shoots me with a gun. And it certainly doesn't blend in with the furniture.
And where am I going to put my alarm clock? It would just get knocked off. Oh well. I'm not certain when it will be available, or the price, for that matter.
