LOCCA now has such a product, a $300 electronic lock with a remote that opens the lock from up to 165 feet away called Access. the unit includes a backup battery in case of power failure and can store up to 19 keys, although I think that might mean you need 19 different electronic locks to go with it. No word on when the same unit will be able to power on the building you're walking into.
