Anyhow - he reckons it's not as bad as people make out - especially if you use it with a headset instead of having to sidetalk.

On his main blog, Joi also talks about how useful it was to have a GSM phone with Global roaming when it turned out that his regular phone was out of action for some reason. Now, if only global roaming was a tad less expensive...
