If you keep very sensitive information on your laptop, you might want to get a fingerprint reader to scan your thumb. Or, you can get Qritek's iris-recognizing IRIBIO Mouse to scan your eyes.

Interesting thing about the IRIBIO Mouse is you can use it to access only specific files, if you wish. There is also security measures that keep the user from switching the iris-recognizing mouse for a non-scanning one.

Right now, this Qritek mouse is available for a price of $315 USD.
