PSP Firmware 3.0 to Add PDA functions?

Is Sony going to add PDA functionality into the 3.0 update of the PSP? Sony PSP Review is reporting that planned software could include Sony Mail, Organizer, alarm clock links , write pad and Sony paint. The update is also expected to stop the common uploader hacks.
