PS3 Delayed Till Nov
Filed in archive Tech News Around The World by Shane McGlaun on March 15, 2006

Sony announced today that their long anticipated PS3 will not hit store shelves until November. This move virtually ensures that the PS3 will be the hot item for Christmas 2006. The PS3 is set to launch worldwide on the same date.
The PS3 will sport the final Blu-ray Disc
specs for a massive 50GB dual layer storage capacity. The PS3 will also be HDTV compatible and have lots of broadband content available online. All I can say is that after all of these delays, the PS3 better be good, really good. We can only hope Sony has actual product available at launch, unlike the Xbox 360 when it launched.
