Progio Training Companion
This next product was created for someone with much more discipline than I have. The Progio Training Comapnion is a device that allows you to take your exercise program with you.

Its 320 x 240 screen shows workout videos, keeps track of your working out, and monitors your vital signs. After you work out, your data will be uploaded to the CompanionWorlds website, so you can stay on track online.

If you think you need something like this, The Progio Training Companion is available for about $500 USD.
