Craig Johnston sent me an e-mail about his Black Berry book - Professional blackberry - (published by Wiley), which is the first book in the market to cover support and development topics of BB. Here's a small description that was included in the e-mail:

The first half of the book covers all topics related to the support of BlackBerry including how to pilot and roll-out BlackBerry's, plus I explain the BlackBerry solution in great detail.

The second half of the book covers how to utilize MDS to extend the enterprise out to the BlackBerry including how to use the BlackBerry simulator. I cover topics like how to easily create BlackBerry friendly web sites, push out a Channel, etc. I also cover how to create a simply J2ME application and how to create a Plazmic web site.
