Pretec i-Disk Flash Drive
The world's smallest flash drive has arrived, measuring in at 45.7 x 12.2 x 2.2mm. The Pretec i-Disk flash drive uses RFID tech for a waterproof casing with 1 GB worth of storage.

I don't really know how much it costs, but the prices of these are getting cheaper and cheaper. I wouldn't be surprised if these things get given away at trade shows with company logos on them. They certainly look like they are made for keychains.
