Apparently, the name comes from its ability to be segmented, sort of like a lobsters tail. It has a main unit that comes with other modules, then other modules can be added on to that. There is a main LCD display, and options for an MP3, GPS, hard drive, camera, and even a cardiometer.
Well, all that doesn't sound bad. Right now, it only exists in a concept model by designer Danilo Mangini, but I wouldn't be surprised if you see this available for real.
