Pongle Wii Controller

Pongle Wii Controller
Normally I'm all over any new product that is even remotely related (excuse the pun on the word remote) to the Nintendo Wii. For example, the Thanko Wii controller recharger that I reported on while ago.

I found this one called the "Pongle", no doubt named after its resemblance with old-school Pong controllers. Some of you may remember the Atari 2600, and how it came with paddle controllers that I think I might have had a few games for. I never liked those paddle controllers, but the Pongle promises more with an integrated gyro, so you can apparently have some motion sensinglinks along with the twisting. It also has a built-in speaker.

Not sure when you'll be seeing this on the market, nor would I even know what games you could use it for. As for me, I like playing Wii Sports with the numchunk controllers myself.
