Toothbrushes seem like such low-tech affairs. You stick them in your mouth and you brush your teeth. Or if you want to get fancy, you can get an electric toothbrush that does some of the work for you.
The bar has been raised quite a bit now. The Oral-B Triumph with SmartGuide ProfessionalCare 9910 is the first toothbrush I've seen that has a separate wireless LCD display that let's you know both when to change positions on your mouth. It also lets you know that you've brushed the dentist-recommended two minutes. It also tells you when the toothbrush head needs replacing.
The toothbrush will be available in US stores in approximately a week for a suggested retail price of $149.99. Personally, I don't think my tooth brushing experience needs to be so high-tech, but maybe you do? Either way, let me know what you think in the comments.
