OCZ Technology VBoost Flash Drive
One of the cooler OS technologies to launch with Windows Vista is ReadyBoost, which gives Vista the ability to make use of memory on attached USB flash drives to boost system memory during heavy loads. According to Microsoft employee Matt Ayers, ReadyBoost works with flash drives that have "2.5MB/sec throughput for 4K random reads and 1.75MB/sec throughput for 512K random writes" and sizes up to 4 GB, but that's not stopping from OCZ Technology from seeing a market: they've launched the VBoost, a ReadyBoost-optimized flash drive with between 1 and 4 GB capacity. No world on price at this time.
