I have to admit it: I have a soft spot in my heart for those wacky gadgets out there that seem like they'd be best used in a spy movie. Like the Elecom USB CD/DVD Buster, a USB-powered gadget that destroys CDs and DVDs by etching large circles Spirograph style into the disc's surface. Seriously, who really needs one of these things? Is it for secret agents looking to protect themselves from the clutches of government counterspies? Jilted lovers looking ease their broken hearts by destroying those mix CDs they received from the other half of their failed relationship? Little kids looking for a different twist on the game of blowing up action figures with firecrackers?
