I didn't know what to think of the Novint falcon Game Controller when I first saw it. I thought it reminded me of a flightless bird with a long neck.

As it turns out, it is a new kind of joystick that works with a handshake grip and tactile sensation controls. It comes with 24 mini-games, and is primarily designed for 3-D games. Reports that it has played without a glitch, but it takes some getting used to. Of course, since when has that ever stopped a serious gamer?

The price tag might. The Novint Falcon Game Controller is about $239 USD.
