Non-Stick Gum Coming Soon
One of my guilty pleasures is to chew gum. I don't do it all the time, but with Halloween coming up, I suspect my son will be bringing home some Double Bubble in his bucket. Guess who'll be chewing that! 
The word from New Scientist magazine is that a lad from the University of Bristol in the UK has come up to remove the stickness from gum. The compound called Rev7, as it is so lovingly called, keeps the stickystuff away and makes it possible for the gum to disintegrate.
