Nokia has been on the roll this week, after launching the 6330 and other cellphones as well, it announced deals with Yahoo and SipPhone. The last one is a VoIP service optimized for the Nokia N80 and internet calls, the recent Nokia + SIPPhone deal makes these kind of calls pretty cheap when comparing to other similar services.

Michael Robertson from SIPphone, comments:

Collaborating with Nokia has allowed our development teams to create a compelling VoIP experience on the N80 Internet Edition and instantly enable millions of mobile consumers around the world to save money

And here is the explication for the low-cost calls while using SIP and its VoIP system:

Making an Internet call with the Nokia N80 Internet Edition is as easy as making a regular voice call, only the call is carried through wireless LAN, saving money and conserving cellular airtime minutes in the process
