New Chassis and CPUs for Alienware
Alienware is now shipping computers in their new P2 chassis and sporting Intel Core 2 processors. You can also get liquid cooling, as well as Quad SLI on the rig if you so choose. alienware computerslinks always look awesome, the rub comes in the price. With Quad SLI and liquid cooling in addition to the Core 2 Extreme prices start at a base price of $5,995. That's a lot of coin no matter how you look at it. Especially so considering the Quad SLI for consumers is set to hit the market very soon, meaning enthusiasts with inclination can build a rig very similar for much less money.

It's also worth noting that the base price of $5,995, you don't get Quad SLI, but rather 7900 GTX cards running in SLI mode. If you option the rig with Quad SLI, 4 GB of RAM, Windows XP Pro, two dual layer DVD burners, 750 GB SATA hard drive, and the Ageia PhysX card along with the Dell 30 inch LCD display for Quad SLI to really make sense, you're looking at nearly $9,000 for the rig.
