If your desk is as cluttered as mine, or you are looking to whittle down the amount of techno-gadgets you take with you on your business travels, the Sysgration Mousephone might just tickle your fancy. Just as its name suggests, this compact USB device doubles up as both a mouse (in colours suspiciously like the old G3 macs) and a VoIP Skype phone.

The mouse part of the equation uses an optical sensor, while the phone itself has an LED display screen, caller ID and an independent sound chip to handle voice quality for your VoIP needs. As you'd expect the device also has automatic detection as to whether it is being used as a mouse or a phone, which is quite nifty. The colours are a bit too much for my all white Macified office, which is a good thing as the specs seem to suggest that you need Windows XP to make use of it. Nevertheless, hats off to them for a cool idea.
