Microscope Via USB
Here's a clever idea that I could see making its way into science classrooms across the world: a Microscope powered by a USB connection. The ProScope HR is a high-resolution hand held microscope with included lenses that will magnify an object up to 200 times. Built-in video recording capability allows you to record the results of a long-term experiment onto your computer and the company also sells a variety of kits allowing you to mount different lenses for different educational and law enforcement applications. The ProScope HR even links up with traditional analog microscopes. If you're a science geek, that sounds like a pretty cool find.
