As it turns out, there are some pretty cool options out there. One of them is the Pepper Pad 3, which is actually more of a mini computer meant for any place around the home where you need an Internet connection for some quick searching, rather than something specifically for the kitchen. However, the Pepper Pad not only has the right name for kitchen use, but the right features, too: WiFi connection, 20 GB hard drive for media storage, the ability to remote control audio and video devices and a touch screen and navigation buttons perfect for finding that recipe online when you need it.
